While you are no longer a student, the library will continue to provide support and resources for your ministry. Please feel free to contact the Circulation Desk for information and to set up accounts.
ALUMNI Policies:
As alumni, you will still have access to many of the Hasse Library resources. However, because most institutions don’t allow their students to have access to resources after they have graduate, we have to manually switch over your account from a student account to an alumni account. So, we will need to know your new contact information and the items you will be changing over to the alumni account.
As alumni, you will continue to have access to many of our library’s items, but you will not be able to borrow through MOBIUS or Interlibrary Loan (since these items belong to other libraries). So, all MOBIUS and ILL items will need to be returned. But most Hasse Library items can switch over from your student account to your alumni account.
If you are graduating but staying for an additional Concordia Seminary St. Louis program (such as MDiv à STM) you will remain a student in our library accounts system, nothing changes, and you do not need to return your items.
